This is the time to show yourself some love and nourish your body. It is crucial that we stay healthy in a time like this and boost our immune system through healthy foods.


Eating healthy is a form of self-care and respect.


Most people are incredibly sensitive to grains, so my meals are grain free, and mostly vegan. Packed with healthy fats and high in fiber to ensure a filling and nutritious meal.

3. If you want to get your delivery on Sunday, please place your order by Thursdays 2 pm

4. If you want to get your delivery on Thursdays, please place your order by Mondays 2 pm.

5. $5 delivery fee but waived if you pick up the food from me at a scheduled time. 

Please note as this is a new service and given the current situation, items may need to be removed from the menu due to inaccessible ingredients and I appreciate your patience while I iron out the kinks of this new service.
