Swedish 

This technique involves long, fluid strokes to calm the body, settle the mind, and restore energy. This is a gentle and soothing massage with an emphasis on relaxation. 

Sports/Deep Tissue

A deeper approach than Swedish, this relaxing massage is characterized by firmer strokes to help reduce muscle tension, enhance circulation, and promote flexibility. Using slow and deep pressure with a focus on problem areas, this treatment promotes blood flow to restriced areas and is designed to relieve knotted muscles. 

 

Pregnancy

Pregnancy massage is a great complementary choice to your prenatal care. It helps with general aches & pains and stress reduction, promoting overall well-being.

It is useful for common discomforts, including lower and upper back pain, sciatica, leg cramps, stiff neck, edema, and more. 

Each session is individualized to your needs. 30-minute treatments are typically booked as follow-up appointments to address something acute that needs attention in a short period of time.

Take an hour to show your body some love. During the 60-minute treatment, we will focus on all areas that are causing you stress. After the treatment, we will take a few minutes to discuss home care so you can feel your best outside of the treatment as well!

Sometimes your problem areas need a little more time and attention. 90-minute treatments allow us to go a little bit deeper and provide your body with the extra care that it requires. 

Please note that we do not offer 90-minute treatments during pregnancy.
