  • 1 Week Meal Plan (3 Meals, 2 Snacks for 7 days)

Have you tried a few diets and are just getting where you want to be? Ready to take some more time to focus on your health and want to be held accountable? This is the right program for you!

This program includes:

  • An initial intake

  • 3 Follow-Up Calls to track your progress and set weekly goals

  • 2 Meal Plans (3 Meals, 2 Snacks for 14 days)

  • Access to my online Food and Mood tracker, which I will review weekly

  • I will be available to you via email for one month

Are you ready to finally take charge and make yourself the utmost priority in your life? ​Are you struggling with being overweight? Always bloated, sluggish, and tired? Suffering from skin issues? Then this is the right program for you! 3 Months.

Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation will consist of a 45 minute intake of your health history, daily routines, lifestyle and concerns. I will then create a detailed protocol to address your nutrition and lifestyle and to recommend supplements if appropriate. We will review your progress during the follow up call and make changes if needed.

Follow-Up Calls

During these calls we will review your progress, make adjustments to your protocol, and/or address changes in your health or lifestyle.

These calls are also excellent to keep you accountable and keep you focused on your goals that we will set together.

Pantry Raid

Together, we will go through your pantry and kitchen cupboards. This will give me the chance to see the types of food you eat and the snacks you buy. You will have the opportunity to ask me any cooking related questions you may have. As a bonus, I will show you how to set up your inflammation-free kitchen, show you which ingredients to look out for when purchasing food, and (depending on your cravings) I will give you healthier recipes or recommend healthier options to buy in the future.
