Your initial consultation will consist of a 60- to 90 -minute intake of your health history, daily routines, lifestyle and concerns. I will then create a detailed protocol to address your nutrition and lifestyle and to recommend supplements if appropriate. We will review this together during a follow-up appointment and make changes if needed.
Follow - Up
Follow-ups can be scheduled to review your progress, make adjustments to your protocol, or to address changes in your health or lifestyle. Scheduling one follow-up each quarter is a great way to stay on track and revise your progress as required.
Get a full meal plan for your desired length of time. I will provide you with three meals per day along with two snacks. You can let me know how much time you have to prep along with your likes/dislikes and I will customize the plan to fit your needs.
