Not really in the mood to cook tonight? Try this simple, easy, and tasty Salmon recipe!
I get so many compliments on this recipe. It is the perfect meal prep or lazy dinner, so an absolute go to for me and my busy clients! The great thing about this recipe is, you can throw some asparagus (or whatever veggie you like/have on hand) on to the pan and you got yourself a complete delicious, easy dinner!
Salmon is full of healthy fats, which we need for a healthy brain, functioning cardiovascular system and to reduce inflammation in our bodies. Try getting wild salmon if possible. Don’t be shocked at the darker colour, that is normal.
Absolutely love a delicious salmon dinner that is good for my health and also looks. Healthy fats will keep your skin from prematurely aging….just saying 🤷🏻♀️
Get inspired and use as many different vegetables as you like or switch it up everytime you make it! I also enjoy adding some cauliflower rice or adding some millet to this meal.
Happy cooking and don’t forget to tag me @sheywellness, so I can enjoy your creativity!
