Gut Healing Vegetable Broth

Ingredients:
One medium yellow onion, roughly chopped
5 cloves of garlic, grated or cut in half
1 inch knob of ginger, roughly chopped
1 tbsp ground tumeric
1 cup of greens, like kale, spinach or collard greens
1 stalk of leeks, washed and roughly chopped
1 cup fresh mushrooms, I like shiitake, roughly chopped
2 large carrots, roughly chopped
2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
1/4 cup dried wakame or kelp seaweed
1 bunch of your choice of herbs, cilantro, parsley or thyme
1 tbsp of coconut or olive oil
Enough water to cover everything
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a crock pot and set to low for 4 to 6 hours
Strain the liquid
Enjoy!
Let cool completely before storing
