Sugar & Grain Free Granola


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 cup slivered or roughly chopped almonds

  • 1 1/2 cup rough chopped pecans

  • 1 cup roughly chopped walnuts

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup flax seeds

  • 3 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 3 tbsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp ginger

  • 1 tbsp cardamon

  • pinch of salt

  • 3 tbsp of olive oil or melted coconut oil

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract


INSTRUCTIONS:


  • Preheat oven to 325 F

  • Mix all ingredients except for the oil and vanilla in a bowl, stir well

  • Add in the oil and vanilla, stir to combine

  • Spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  • Bake for 15 to 25 minutes (Granola can burn fast, so check on it continuously, once it turns golden brown take it out)

  • Store in an air tight container for up to 2.5 weeks

  • Enjoy!
