"Wet Grass" Green Smoothie


Ingredients:


  • 1/2 head of romaine lettuce

  • 1/2 cup of chopped spinach or kale

  • 1/2 cup of cooked cauliflower (I like using the frozen kind)

  • 1/2 an avocado

  • Juice of 1 whole lemon

  • Juice of 1 whole lime

  • 2 stalks of mint (stems and leaves, chop 'em all up!)

  • 2 tbsp of freshly ground flax seeds

  • 1 1/2 cups of water

  • Scoop of spirulina (optional)

  • 8 drops of stevia (optional, recommended for first timers who need a little sweetness!)

  • heaping tsp of collagen (optional)


Instructions:


  • Blend all ingredients

  • Add more water if necessary to achieve your desired consistency

  • Enjoy!
