Back Massage


This technique involves long, fluid strokes to calm the body, settle the mind, and restore energy. This is a gentle and soothing massage with an emphasis on relaxation.

A deeper approach than Swedish, this relaxing massage is characterized by firmer strokes to help reduce muscle tension, enhance circulation, and promote flexibility. Using slow and deep pressure with a focus on problem areas, this treatment promotes blood flow to restricted areas and is designed to relieve knotted muscles.


Pregnancy massage is a great complementary choice to your prenatal care. It helps with general aches & pains and stress reduction, promoting overall well-being. 

It is useful for common discomforts, including lower and upper back pain, sciatica, leg cramps, stiff neck, edema, and more.

We will use the initial consultation to gather detailed information about your current state of health and to determine your goals. A personalized protocol that includes nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle suggestions will be created just for you, which we will review together during a follow-up meeting.
