Restorative Yoga - 60 min

Immerse yourself in the power of restorative yoga. Here we will take time with each posture for you to truly relax and lengthen your muscles in a non-invasive way. We will use props to support your body and create the most therapeutic postures for you. 

Restorative Yoga - 75 Min

Each posture in restorative yoga is held for several minutes at a time. This class uses a little extra time to dive deeper into the postures, allowing for deep mental and physical relaxation. 

Fascia Stretching and

Foam Rolling

Immerse yourself in the beauty of deep fascial stretching. We will use props, such as balls and rollers to support the stretches. This will help relax chronic tension and nourish your tissues. 

We will focus on your individual needs, concerns, and goals. I will guide you through a series of postures which are held longer to allow for optimal relaxation of body and mind. 

60 Minute Yoga

This will allow for more time to address your areas of stress and discomfort in a therapeutic way, leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated.

75 Minute Yoga

The connective tissue that surrounds all our muscles and helps attach, support and stabilize our muscles and organs needs attention, too! Feel the difference of opening up your fascia and nourishing your tissues. 

60 Minute Foam Rolling/Fascia Stretching
